The
cottage has two bedrooms.
The
first bedroom has a double bed. The second accommodates a
double and single bed, sleeping a total of 5 plus baby.
Both bedrooms are generous in size and the main bedroom offers
a beautiful view of the forest.

The
second bedroom includes a TV and DVD player, bed guard for
younger children and, a travel cot/playpen.
A selection of Disney Read-Along tapes and books are also
available for children who enjoy listening to a story at bedtime.

The
large living room has a warm and welcoming open fire which
burns both household coal and logs, colour TV, video, DVD
player, Hi-Fi and an excellent range of books, games, videos/DVDs,
CDs and toys suitable for all age groups.
The
Riversdale Forest is close by, so why take a stroll and gather
fallen sticks and twigs for the fire. - A great way to keep
children entertained and tire them out before bedtime!

The bright and well
equipped kitchen comes with all modern conveniences including
electric 4 ring hob, electric oven and grill, extractor fan,
microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker,
washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
All cooking, baking and serving utensils are supplied for
your convenience including tea towels and dish clothes.
The dining area is within the kitchen and will comfortably
seat the entire family. A high chair is provided for younger
members of the family. |

The
cottage is large in size, approximately 1000sq ft and offers
the benefits of double-glazing and oil fired central heating.
The bathroom is family size and offers both a bath and electric
shower.

The enclosed patio,
which runs the length of the cottage, is not only ideal for
enjoying the sun all day long, but provides safe playing for
children.
A patio table and chairs, range of seating and brick built B-B-Q
are also provided. Perfect for enjoying the long summer evenings
while overlooking the Riversdale Forest.
On still evenings the sound of water from the Ballycassidy River
can even be heard through the rustle of the trees. Truly tranquil…

Younger
members of the family can also benefit from their own play
area. The area is barked for safety and features a traditional
wooden playhouse and junior size patio furniture. A selection
of outdoor toys are also available, including, skipping ropes,
hula-hoops, giant size snakes and ladders, draughts and chess
and not forgetting that all time favourite - noughts and crosses.
New
additions for 2005/2006 include an Early Learning Centre swinging
bench for little ones up to 5 years old.

Tranquillity Cottage
is located on a quiet rural road only 5 miles from Enniskillen's
town centre and 3 miles from the beautiful village of Ballinmallard.
The cottage is easily identified from the road as there is
a boat planted up and a welcome sign. The carpark area has
ample parking for two cars or one car and boat.
Pets - One small pet may be accommodated by prior arrangement.
In such circumstances guests will be required to bring a basket,
bedding and a throw to protect furniture.
